Question:
friends
My friend and I fight sometimes what should I do if we fight
Answer:
|
Dear mamma mia girl,
Do you know why you and your friend fight? Are there any problems that keep on coming up? Tell your friend that you're worried because you two fight and wish that you would get along. That would probably help your friend open up about what is bothering her/him. Let your friend share their feelings are as well and try to not interrupt. After your friend is done talking, tell him/her more about how you feel. Maybe you'll find that you both were worried about the same thing and can find a way to solve it. If you have a certain problem you would like to talk about, let us know. Good luck!

Question:
fruits
Do I really need to eat 5 fruits a day?
Answer:
|
Dear Robin,
Eating fruits and vegetables is very important for all of us! Fruits and veggies give our bodies many important nutrients, and they also contain fiber (which helps slow down digestion and lower the risk for obesity, diabetes, cancer and other dangerous diseases). Make sure you get your 5 a day—but don’t panic. The portion size is actually about the size of a medium apple! It’s easy to eat your 5 a day. You can eat a banana with your cereal, an apple as a snack, or make your own smoothie with pineapple and strawberries. Munch on a few carrots and eat your broccoli at dinner. Make sure you eat a rainbow: choose different colors of fruits and vegetables, like orange, green and yellow. Enjoy your eating!
